Clients ~ Service Process
At TLC, our tailored services are designed to meet the business objectives of our individual clients. Our unique approach to service and satisfaction include 6 steps to success:
Step 1: Recruitment
TLC Staffing utilizes a variety of recruiting resources that includes: direct prospecting calls, job fairs, business expos, print and on-line advertising, online search engines, community interest groups, employee and professional resource referrals, and involvement in business, trade, social and religious organizations.
Step 2: Pre-screening
Each prospective applicant is prescreened by preliminary telephone interview. We qualify candidates based on their location, employment and/or education history. We probe to learn their motivation for seeking work or changing positions. We determine if their particular search fits within TLC Staffing's core competencies.
Step 3: In-depth Interview
A TLC recruiter personally meets with every applicant to review their resume investigating each position and probing in depth to verify the degree their skills. We ask probing questions to qualify the applicant's career focus, requirements, availability, and interests. Our recruiters and front-office staff are assessing candidates for soft-skills and "best culture fit" through every step of the process.
Step 4: Testing
The Kenexa Prove-It! Skills Assessment system includes on-line testing and training of all major software packages. The Prove It! assessments allow us to analyze the range and depth of a candidate's technical ability. Based on standardized instructions, automatic scoring, and computer-monitored time limits, the printed results provide an accurate method of assessing proficiency. Over 800 tests are available.
Customized testing and/or benchmark testing
TLC can also customize testing for our clients. We will incorporate our clients' content validated testing materials or modify available tests to reflect their specific needs.
Step 5: Background Checks and Reference Checking
TLC Staffing performs a full complement of background checks and drug screens on candidates as requested by our clients. Each applicant is required to complete a minimum of two employer reference forms. These are either immediately faxed to the references provided or a personal call is made to verify employment history and salary.
Step 6: Follow-Up
TLC will contact our employee and the client at the end of the first day, end of the first week, and monthly thereafter to ensure satisfaction on behalf of all parties. Additionally, we perform client evaluations at the end of each assignment, and mail out confidential Quarterly Quality Control Evaluations to all of our clients. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
