We started as a staffing firm…but that was just the START.

In 1985, we first opened our doors as TLC Staffing. We had big dreams of creating a better kind of staffing firm; an organization that would deliver a higher level of service to both employers and job seekers.

Over the years, we have served hundreds of employers, ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 firms, and we have helped nearly 30,000 people to find rewarding employment. But today, temporary staffing is not enough.
